This Privacy Policy explains how AICLIN LLC (“AICLIN,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with this website and the AICLIN EMR software we provide to medical clinics.
Who we are
AICLIN LLC is a Nevada limited liability company that provides electronic medical record software to healthcare practices. The clinics that use our software are responsible for their patients’ records. When we handle patient information on a clinic’s behalf, we do so as the clinic’s service provider (a “business associate” under HIPAA) and only as permitted by our agreement with that clinic and by law.
Patient health information
Health information entered into AICLIN EMR belongs to the clinic that entered it and is governed by that clinic’s Notice of Privacy Practices. We use it only to provide the software and services the clinic has requested. We do not sell patient information and do not use it for advertising. Questions about your medical records should be directed to your clinic.
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging
Clinics may use AICLIN EMR to send appointment confirmation text messages to patients who have provided their mobile number to the clinic and agreed to receive appointment messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers are used only to send the appointment messages described in our SMS Terms.
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
Information collected on this website
This website does not require an account and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and time of request) for security and reliability. If you email us, we use your message and email address only to respond.
Service providers
We host our services on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which provides computing, storage, database, and messaging infrastructure under a HIPAA Business Associate Addendum. Service providers may process information only to provide services to us.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, role-based access, and audit logging. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect the information entrusted to us.
Retention
We keep clinic data for as long as the clinic uses our services and as required by our agreements and applicable law. Website logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed.
